Health & SafetySecure Vision ensure that their staff are competent and fully aware of Quensh requirements, controls and process to manage the Health, Safety & Environmental risks to both the works and the individual staff roles. Where required by the contract and before starting work on site, Secure Vision's personnel shall attend and achieve the required standard in the training courses with the DER. These courses will cover the rules, procedures and instructions to ensure that staff are safe in or about the operating railway. Within the Secure Vision team we employ City&Guilds qualified instructors (733101) All accredited training certificates gained by Secure Vision Personnel for the successful completion of any course will be held by the individual on site, and a copy at Secure Vision Head Office. Dates of refresher training requirements are held within a company training matrix, a copy of which will be made available upon request. Specific skills training needs required by Secure Vision personnel to carry out the Scope of Work will be provided and proof of the standard of competence achieved will be documented and held by the individual and Head Office. Continuation training is provided in the form of Toolbox Talks and Works Instructions that are given by the SPC / COSS or his deputy, documented and filed for audit or inspection. Specific Site Induction Training will be provided by the Site Manager to all personnel prior to the commencement of any works. |
