Secure Vision adopted ISO 9001:2000 as the basis of its management system to integrate processes and cultures within the organisation.

Our Senior management team is fully committed to:

ISO 9001:2000 Data Analysis requires that performance is analysed; such things as supplier performance, customer satisfaction and internal performance.

Where analysis shows poor performance, this data should be used to set quality objectives, which need to be communicated through the company.

Quality objectives are not static and are updated in view of the business climate and other continual improvement activities.

Revised quality objectives (either up or down) are always communicated to staff, informing them that the rules have changed. Our achievement (or even partial achievement) of objectives demonstrates continual improvement.

There is a clear link between the dynamic aspect of revising the quality policy and the quality objectives and the commitment of the organisation to continual improvement.

Examples:-

  1. Provide services, which meet the standards, specifications, regulations, codes of practice and the customer needs and requirements.
  2. Ensure each member of the Company is responsible for the quality of their own work, ensure all employees are trained or have the experience to carry out their duties in a competent manner.
  3. Meet where required with customers as partners to discuss quality matters and to use the outcomes of these meetings to improve the quality of our services.
  4. Communicate with our suppliers regarding quality issues to assure and improve the quality of products, goods and services, which affect the services, we supply to our customers.
  5. Ensure prompt action is taken in dealing with customer issues and the results of customer surveys.

Management Review Meetings

Our objective is to ensure that the Secure Vision - ISO 9001:2000 QMS remains suitable, adequate and effective. Our review assesses opportunities to improve and the need to change the QMS, quality policy and quality objectives.
