After looking for a security solution that would offer more than their current traditional closed circuit television systems. Computer Exchange (CEX) went in search of not only the solution but also a company that could come up with the right ideas and products.

They found Secure Vision, who after listening to the thoughts and wish lists of the Loss Prevention Manager and the IT department offered the RemoteWatch Plus Digital solution.

The removal of VCR tapes and the management of the system by store Management could prove to be unreliable, with this type of system Computer Exchange knew that they did not need to rely on their staff to change tapes but to concentrate on making the customer happy.
