Training

We use this facility to pre-build and test equipment that we purchase before it goes out to the site for installation.

We also use this facility for in house training.

Our trainee engineers have the opportunity to identify and trouble shoot problems as they pre-build the equipment without compromising the installation process and ensuring that the restricted installation / engineering hours that we have to work within, are maximised to the utmost potential.

At the same time the facility gives us the opportunity to evaluate new products that become available to the market by carrying out in house 'mock-up' installations where old equipment is integrated with the latest technologies.

This ensures that whilst we can anticipate a smooth change over which is essential when having to maintain functionality of any system during a complete system, building or station upgrade, we can identify the problem without compromising the performance of the whole communications system.

This ensures 'a right first time approach' – without system performance compromise – system delivery within time scale and budgets and customer satisfaction.

On many occasions we have used our pre-build room and training facilities for factory acceptance tests.

We also offer this facility for the training of our customer's members of staff to have operator training so that they are familiar with the new systems on the day that they go live.

This approach encourages the operating staff to be familiar and competent with the new equipment on day one, reducing operator error which can prove to be costly.
